Refund policy

We have a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.  There must be a significant issue with your item which makes your item incapable of performing it’s designed functions in order to return it for a refund.  Small, cosmetic defects are not a legitimate reason to receive a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at zdoe88@gmail.com  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged beyond reason for the new, used and open box return or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If an item is damaged beyond reason for the new, used and open box returns immediately send us an email at zdoe88@gmail.com. We are not responsible for return shipping.  Return are evaluated on a case by case basis.  We will do our best to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your order.  Or you feel as if we took care of you if something does not meet your expectations.  Customer service is our top priority, and we want to be as open and transparent as possible.  


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

General information on condition of the products

The items sold on www.doe-liquidation-shop.myshopify.com can be new, used-great condition, used-good condition and open box returns.  Some items will not come in its original plastic and the box it comes in may or may not be the original box it came in.  All items except for new in the original box have been tested and verified to work.  We may clean certain items that have low amounts of dirt present.  We will replace the filters on the iRobot series and we will replace the brushes and rollers that are deemed too dirty.  Items may of normal wear and tear such as but not limited to: dents, dings, small scratches, scuffs, small cracks, discoloration or any variation of the above.  The item may or may not come in its original packaging and the box they come in may also have some wear and tear.  We will do our best to package such items in the most secure way possible with bubble wrap and air packaging as to make the product safe for transport.  Some items may not have a complete list of accessories such as but not limited to missing attachments, pads, spare parts, filters, brushes, or cleaning solutions.  The item may or may not come with a manual or operating instructions, warranty information or and other documentation that may come with a new item.  However, we do buy accessories and replacement parts that go along with each item and we actively try and put as many or all of the items that usually come with a brand new item of the same type.
